“What problem am I trying to solve?”

 

I believe too many organisations spend enormous resources creating moments that impress people...

 

without first understanding what those moments are meant to achieve.

 

That’s why I focus on strategy first.

 

Because meaningful experiences don’t happen by accident.

 

They happen by design.
